As a matter of fact, you are actually satisfied and healthy, by following the low carb diet. In this article you can find a recipe which will help you prepare a low carb cheesecake to satisfy your taste.
When preparing a low carb recipe, you should be very careful and avoid breaking it. Try to replace the flour and the sugar with something else which is able to keep the flavour. As you may know, flour and sugar are very concentrated carbs, so there is no need for them to take place in your low carb diet. A good substitute for sugar is splenda, which is perfect for a low carb lifestyle. This happens because splenda is as sweet as sugar and, the more important, the body does not use it as an energy source. Shortly, it is the best to replace the sugar. While we have found the sugar substitute, almond flour is recommended in replacing normal flour. As well, you can try soya flour, even if it bakes differently than other ingredients, because it takes less time so you have to reduce the temperature or the baking time. Besides, make sure it is stored in the freezer or fridge.
Like I said, forwards you will find the low carbohydrate cheesecake recipe. Even if for some people it is not delicious, for others it is very tasty. Nevertheless, we all know that not all the people have the same preferences when it comes about desserts.
So, let's get to work. Don't worry, it is not hard to prepare.

After you have mixed all of these ingredients, put them in a baking dish. Next, all you have to do is to add a cup with whipping cream, cream cheese (24 oz.), 4 eggs, sweetener (again, the same amount as before), half of cup with almond extract and 1 tsp of vanilla extract (it has to be sugar free). The next step: blend the cream cheese and the Splenda for resulting a thick cream. Add those 4 eggs, while beating the composition. After it gets the texture you want, add and blend the other ingredients. Now pour the composition over the crust portion and bake it for an hour at 350F. The next hour, let the cheesecake in the oven (turned off). Cool it and serve it.
