Good Carbs
Good carbs are "almost natural" carbs. To be more specific, they are not altered by man. For example, you can find good carbs in fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts and cereal foods.

For example, complex carbs are low ranked, because they break down slowly, in comparison with simple carbs, which are high ranked because they break down rapidly. Because of this, you will get hungry not too late after eating a good meal. Actually, this is the most important difference between bad carbs and good carbs.

Even if it is related that cancer is fed by sugar, it is not 100% true. As a matter of fact, the sugar gets into every human body's cells. This happens because they confuse the meaning of term "carbohydrate" with "sugar". Well, this is not a good thing at all. If you want to do a good thing, you should start eating vegetables, fruits, legumes and so on, because they are low glycemic index food and includes lots of nutrients. Moreover, they contain good carbs. In fact, good carbs contain what everybody's body needs to be healthy.
If you want to lose some weight, good carbs may be the answer. As I said before, relatively into bad carbs, good carbs are not processed by the human's hand. Those bad carbs are the reason why we confront with the obesity crisis. Products containing bad carbs might smell and taste good, but they are not good to our health. Unluckily, the teenagers of our days are the most affected ones by eating this junk food.
I will end up by saying the advantages of good carbs. First of all, they have lots of nutrients and fibers which will help you stay full for a long time, get energy and also eliminate toxins from your body; good carbs stabilizes your blood sugar levels, by its low glycemic index. These are only some of the healthy characteristics of good carbs. Anyway, in my opinion, one of the most important things is to know that you are healthy.
