  • Cream of tartar – half a teaspoon of cream of tartar helps to whip up the cream so it lasts longer.

Of course, you can over whip your whipped cream, so it’s always advisable to avoid standing on the counter while whipping.

Even if you use your big food processor and don’t have to hold a whip, stick around. The whipped cream only needs a few seconds to turn from a perfectly stiff peak into butter.

What if I have used too much whipped cream?

If you put too much on the thick cream, there is still time, sometimes you can get it back with these 2 tips:

Reheat – melt the mixture again in a water bath to mix the liquid with the solids. Once everything is combined, place the bowl on an ice bath and whisk again.

Extra heavy cream – Slowly pour 50% of the new heavy cream into the blender while blending. This allows the whipped cream to collect and you can keep it in most cases.

I’m the kind of person who always says: Never throw food away.

Even if your kitchen didn’t work.

There is always a solution to all our mistakes.

And it’s also for the unbeatable whipped cream.

If none of the above works, don’t give up.

Keep whistling until the solids are completely separated from the liquids.

Since you already have the sweetener, make a sweet keto butter that you can use later to fill the cake.
