One of the best ways to enjoy meat as part of a low-carb diet is to eat a juicy steak. There are many ways to prepare a steak, whether it’s grilling, baking, broiling or sautéing.

If you follow this recipe, the steaks will be juicy with the perfect amount of seasoning that won’t overpower the incredible flavor of the meat.

How to prepare steaks in the deep fryer

Cooking steaks in a hot air fryer consists of three parts:

  1. Steak preparation
  2. Kitchen
  3. Leave him alone.

Some people like to marinate their steak, but I opted for a dry rub. I prefer to let the flavor of the steaks come out rather than trying to cover them with sauce.

The fryer completely cooks a steak in just 12 minutes. No need to flip the steaks halfway through. Some people want it, but I don’t, and it hasn’t set the steaks on fire or cooked one side faster than the other.

Let the steaks rest for about 10 minutes after cooking. This ensures that the steaks are thoroughly cooked before they are sliced.

Trust me, don’t skip the quiet time. This is a very important step if you want to eat a juicy piece of meat for dinner.

  • If the fryer needs to be preheated, preheat it to 400°F.
  • Bring the steaks to room temperature for more even cooking.
  • Season both sides of the steaks with salt, pepper and any other seasonings.
  • Place steaks in a single layer on a rack in the air dryer, closer to the bottom than to the top.
  • Cook 10 minutes for rare, 12 minutes for medium and 14 minutes for well done. It is best to turn the steaks halfway through to even out the cooking time, but this is not necessary.
  • Let the steaks rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Before serving, place parsley and freshly chopped butter on each steak.

Notes

Other steaks that fry well in the fryer are T-bone steak, sirloin steak and rib-eye steak.
The meat can be marinated overnight if desired instead of dry mincing. Don’t forget to use a keto marinade.
