After many of you kept asking me about the sauce in most of the photos of our ever-popular Bacon and Keto Cheese Nachos, I decided to take it a step further.

Make one of the simplest and easiest avocado sauces I make almost every week.

This guacamole sauce is specially designed for our keto-based snacks like tortilla chips, pork rinds, bacon and cheese chips or sesame crackers, to name a few.

Simple and easy to prepare, homemade guacamole consists of only 4 ingredients. It’s a great basic recipe that you can vary each week.

You can add various additional flavors depending on your preference. Onions, jalapenos or cayenne pepper for heat, cilantro or basil leaves, this simple dip will become your favorite side dish for an appetizer anytime.

This homemade, easy to prepare guacamole is made with only 4 ingredients. Without cilantro and with the addition of sour cream for that little extra.

I’ve been making our super simple avocado dip for as long as I can remember.

Since our kids were still small and we were going out with friends, the only snack that worked (I had kids on the brain) was vegetables cut into several noodles.

I usually prepared three different dips, such as avocado dip, plain yogurt and smoked paprika cheese for the different colors.

But the lawyer was always there first. It has remained that way until today.

I used to throw everything in the Magic Bullet (my kitchen tool for everything) and mix it, just because the kids took everything. And of course I knew it would be forbidden if I added cilantro or onions.

I made this recipe without the Magic Bullet, because I find that the sauce tastes much better when you mash the avocado with a fork and there are still pieces left.

How many calories do avocados contain?

This big berry with a big seed in the middle has one of the best natural fats you can get. So the calories are a little high, but as we all know, it is the plant that gives us all the nutrients we need.

A typical avocado egg without seeds weighs about 50 g, which is equivalent to one serving and contains 80 calories.

How do you make a simple keto guacamole dip?

All the kitchen utensils you might need:

Necessary ingredients :

  • Attorney
  • Tomatoes
  • Lime
  • Hard cream
  • Salt and pepper.


First step: prepare the ingredients

Prepare all the ingredients.

Choose a lawyer who is ready for the job.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Squeeze a lime or lemon to make it easier to assemble.

Crush the avocados with a fork into as many pieces as you like.

Fourth step: the other ingredients

Add the lime immediately after crushing the avocado so it does not brown.

Then add the sour cream, tomatoes, salt and pepper.

Step 5: Mixing

Mix all the ingredients in the avocado with the same fork.

Make sure they are all spread throughout the pot.

If you go Googling the question “How do you keep avocado or guacamole from turning brown?”, you’ll get a wide variety of answers.

The main problem is that once the avocado is opened, light and air will darken this beautiful green color after some time.

Limes or lemons can help for a while, but eventually avocados or guacamole should be eaten as soon as possible. It will stay nice and green for about a day. After canning, choose one of the following tips.

I’ll give you six options:

– place the seeds in the sauce and cover before refrigerating – cover with
aluminum foil to
prevent light from entering
– press the plastic wrap into the bowl to prevent air entrapment –

You can definitely freeze the avocados, then you will have a shelf life of about 6 months.

If necessary, take them out of the freezer the day before and let them thaw slowly in the refrigerator.
