If you have followed our recent posts, you can see that we are all there when it comes to rewriting. They’re fun, versatile and so tasty. And best of all: They’re friendly and just WOW! As a result, Jennifer was in the kitchen trying out different ingredients, fillings and fillings. She decided to start with a few basic principles. We hope you tried our Avocado Keto BLT Shuffle and our Amish Chicken Keto Shuffle. Breakfast, dinner and now dessert.
Pumpkin-pecan keto-nut mix
As they say in crime movies. Gather the usual suspects. Well, writing a prescription sounds like Uadunite. Of course, there is no killing unless you follow the recipe and kill the delicious dish! But you’re looking for suspects or ingredients. The usual suspects in Jennifer’s Shuffles are egg, cheese, baking powder and almond flour. Jennifer usually uses cheddar, but for our pumpkin and pecan coffee Jennifer finds mozzarella most effective. She wants to emphasize the taste of the pumpkin, not the fact that cheese and cheddar have a stronger taste.
The taste of the pumpkin comes from two ingredients. Jennifer uses organic pumpkin puree (real pumpkin) and high quality Pie Spice pumpkin. You can buy their recipes by clicking on the images below. High-quality ingredients are really worthwhile, so choose them carefully.
Since this is a shuffle-type dessert, you need candy. You can use Swerve or Erythritol and you don’t have to worry about aftertaste sensations because they are few and far between. But it is necessary because the pumpkin puree is too tasty for dessert. Jennifer put a nice accent with her choice of the maple fragment. You can really feel the smell of maple in every piece – that makes a dessert! Of course, most extracts do not contain carbohydrates.
Finally, raw pecans are necessary. A delicious slice of crunchy pecans in each slice is not only a surprise, but they also heat up so easily in the slicer. The warmth of the pecan and pumpkin aroma is so well complemented by the whipped cream. And, yes, it’s low carbon!
To make mixes you first need a waffle iron. We have discovered that the simplest solution is the Dash mini waffle iron. They only cost $9.99 at Amazon (it seems the price has risen to $14.99). They form a 4-inch round that is ideal for dessert creations. Dash Mini weighs just one pound, takes up little space and is available in different colours. We bought red to match our other kitchen appliances. To create the perfect mix every time – we’ve discovered that it only takes 3 and a half minutes.
Let the shuffle keto pecan pumpkin cool in the fridge for 5 minutes. After three and a half minutes of cooking, they come out of the pan a little softer than our basic mixture. It is related to the humidity of the pumpkin mass. Even the mozzarella will be less crispy than the cheddar. This is why cooling is necessary. They’ll be ready in five minutes. We do not offer a cooking time longer than three and a half minutes, because you do not want the flavour to be roasted in a mixture.
For a more decadent dessert, a light cream cheese glaze can be applied between the planes. Try 2 tablespoons soft cream cheese with 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 teaspoons Melis Sukrin. It can be be beaten by hand and fits perfectly. Sukrin Melis is a sugar-free version of icing sugar. Make sure you use lots of nuts and whipped cream from the top!
Keto Pecan Pumpkin Shuffle – ready for fall arrest
The keto-pumpkin case is Jennifer’s contribution to the fall stop. Last autumn we made Keto Pumpkin pie, which goes beyond the delicious soft and hard pumpkin pie. Don’t forget to familiarize yourself with these two recipes and don’t forget that with our Keto-Pecan Pumpkin Turnovers you’ve solved the mystery of whodunit for a delicious Keto dessert!
