Keto White Chocolate Truffles Candy Recipe

Chocolate truffles are the perfect sweet treat for special occasions. They are so delicious and always remind me of the holidays or Valentine’s Day.

Of course, I stay away from store-bought versions that are filled with sugar, carbs and fillers. That’s why I made this easy recipe for white chocolate keto truffle!

They are perfect if you have something to celebrate or just want a delicious carb-free treat. The coconut butter and mascarpone cheese make the filling soft and creamy, and the dark chocolate exterior is so rich and delicious.

The best part is that there is only one gram of net carbs per truffle! You can skip the party in a few easy steps and end up with a total of 28. There’s so much to tell… but only if you want to!

How to make white chocolate keto truffles

The steps in making these decadent candies are pretty simple. Remember that the topping must be kept in the refrigerator for a certain period of time. So start the recipe a few hours before eating.

Let’s start with the white chocolate filling:

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, whisk together the coconut oil, mascarpone cheese and powdered sweetener.
  2. Once well mixed, remove from heat and stir in whey powder and vanilla extract.
  3. Using an electric mixer, beat on the filler opening until it is well connected.
  4. Spoon the mixture and form into balls with your hands and place on a non-stick baking sheet. You should end up with 28 round truffle fillings.
  5. Place the toppings in the refrigerator for a few hours to cool.

Once the filling has hardened, we prepare the chocolate layer and finish the truffles:

  1. Melt the baking chocolate, cocoa butter and powdered sweetener over low heat or in a double boiler until the ingredients are completely melted.
  2. Remove the chocolate mixture from the heat and stir in the stevia.
  3. Remove the truffle tops from the fridge. Dip the cooled filling balls one by one into the melted chocolate until completely coated, then place on a non-stick baking sheet to harden.
  4. Repeat this process until all the truffles are dipped in the chocolate layer. If you like, you can use the remaining chocolate to drizzle over the truffles.

You now have the perfect keto chocolate truffles to share with a loved one…. Or enjoy it on your own!

Store the truffles in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat them.

Flavours for low-carbohydrate truffles

I love white chocolate candy. In fact, you’ll find white chocolate in many of my recipes, like my sugar-free white chocolate, my white chocolate keto fat bomb, and my white chocolate almond bark.

However, if you want something different for these truffles, you can easily change the flavor. For example, try swapping out the vanilla extract for another flavor. B. Almond or even peppermint.

You can also add other ingredients. I’m thinking of adding unsweetened dried coconut or cocoa powder!

  • Copy the bullets and place them on a non-stick baking sheet. If you want, you can form balls with your hands.
  • Put them in the fridge for a few hours to cool.

  • Remove the chocolate mixture from the heat and stir in the stevia and vanilla extract.
  • Dip the cooled balls into the chocolate and let them harden on a non-stick surface. Add additional chocolate if you wish.
  • Keep cool.


To make the coconut butter, place about 2 cups of unsweetened dried coconut flakes in a food processor and process until creamy (about 7-8 minutes).

Ways to change the flavor:

  • For example, try swapping out the vanilla extract for another flavor. B. Almond or even peppermint.
  • For example, add other ingredients to the filling. B. unsweetened dried coconut or cocoa powder.
